Tasks and Responsibilities:    This is an M&A (Merger & Acquisition) related program that aims to divest certain business units and you will support our customer in leading the IT infrastructure separation program. As a Program-/Project Manager, you will be leveraging your understanding of M&A projects and processes as well as your general knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. global networks, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.) to manage the various IT infrastructure project streams during the IT separation. Manage large project delivery according to timelines, quality and budget. Responsible for managing the project and achieving its objectives. Familiar with system validation requirements and ensure a compliant implementation, always following existing validation framework and in alignment with quality experts.
