As a Technology Associate you will begin your career with us with up to three months of in-depth training. We’ll train you on both the fundamentals of programming as well as on service line specific technology areas before you are assigned onto one of our client accounts.
Your learning journey won’t end there as you’ll have continuous access to the latest training and development opportunities through our online learning platform: Lex.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math required from an accredited institution (Graduated or near completion).
  • Preference for degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software engineering, Electrical / Electronics / Embedded systems or other related degrees that provide foundational knowledge in software design / development & testing
  • For enterprise resource planning, candidates with an education background in Business studies can also apply.
  • Candidates who have completed graduation and have up to 2 years of Industry experience are welcome to apply as well.
• This is a permanent role. Applicants should possess the necessary indefinite right to work permit in Switzerland. Infosys is unable to provide any form of Sponsorship for this position.
• Interest and willingness to make a career in Technology and/or familiarity with a programming language(s) or framework(s)
• Strong problem solving, analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Effective interpersonal and English communication skills

Other requirements:

• Understanding fundamentals of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Software Development/ Programming - Knowledge of how to develop code and document artifacts including unit test plans and ensure that the output is as per the given specifications and SLAs.
• Testing - Perform testing activities (Functional, Integration, System, User experience) based on the plans and in line with defined processes with guidance from supervisor.
• Production Support - Respond to the issues assigned, conduct analysis, suggest / implement workarounds, communicate to all the stakeholders and close issues as per the agreed timelines
• Knowledge Management activities including documentation and knowledge gathering of the modules he/she is working on.Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
• Ability to work collaboratively within global project teams
• This position may require travel and/or relocation within Germany.
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
