As Bid Manager Heat Pumps

• you will drive the growth and market penetration of our large heat pump solutions for heat generation, focusing mainly on the district heating sector
• Expand our market presence through strategic partnerships
• Provide economically and technically optimal solutions
• Prepare industrial heat pump solutions, including cost and price calculations, in collaboration with the engineering team
• Engage with international clients up to order placement and collaborate with suppliers and partners
• Ensure alignment with business objectives
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Develop solutions to meet market demands
• You can help us with these qualifications
• Background in plant engineering, preferably in the energy sector
• Experience in EPC project sales and project management
• Relevant training or engineering degree, preferably a Master’s degree
• Technical Education
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract evaluation
• Contract Knowledge
• Fluent in English, ideally with an additional language and strong communication skills
• Language Skills
• Willing to travel (10-20%) and engage with diverse cultures
• Travel Readiness
• Self-driven, open-minded, and independent with a problem-solving attitude and assertiveness
• High-energy, outgoing, and proactive with the ability to prioritize sales projects, campaigns, and initiatives
