• Translate management requirements into KPIs and Business reports. • Collaborate across services to deliver data driven strategies enhancing the analytics business group. • Performs Data collection from all systems : CRM, Google Analytics, B.I • Use all data at hands to provide to business owners needs and questions through a set of routines with the purpose of continuously improve business performance • Ensures collected data is relevant and exhaustive to answer to the business needs • Performs routine analysis on all systems data to identify risks and opportunities in order for provide or discuss course of actions to improve performance or cross correct activities
