ABOUT THE JOB
Work closely with Marketing Controlling and Planning on specifically operationalize independently the high-level financial targets
Create, operationalize, break down, implement, attune, continuously improve or even refine the key value drivers and performance indicators/metrics related to Communication performance
Establish clear accountability for all communication performance-related project/topic deliverables
Perform root-cause analysis to explain and quantify the “why” or reason for being off-track or having a deviation from set targets. Directly propose and ensure corrective actions are decided on by relevant commercial owners.
Perform complex, ad hoc, non-standard reporting and one-off analysis
Create a detailed overview of all Marketing Communication costs, in the Markets and across all sales channels
Create benchmarks and knowledge exchange across markets on effective campaigns and promotions from a financial perspective
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
University degree/ Education
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business controlling
Proven track record in Group Planning, Reporting and Analysis Roles from a business finance function (not Corporate Finance) from major multinational company in fast moving consumer goods, luxury/fashion branded retailing, or from IT industry
Ideally 2 -3 years CFO financial services advisory & consulting background and proven track record in client engagements, financial project work, problem solving and communication
Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with other teams to deliver results effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to be assertive
Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
