ABOUT THE POSITION


 

IKEA Switzerland is looking for a Digital Performance and Media Manager within the national Marketing team.

In this position, you will have a leading role in the digital transformation of IKEA Switzerland, developing and testing new ideas, and ways of working in order to become more relevant and effective in our communication.

 

 

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

 

. Responsible for all digital performance marketing activities and channels (SEA, programmatic etc.)

. Develop the complete integrated country media strategy (on- and offline)

. Develop innovative strategic test fields for future, advanced online marketing strategies

. Develop campaigns and promotions according to predetermined performance goals with a focus on new and returning customer, including cost and performance monitoring of KPIs and budgets

. Lead and support the digital transformation and secure digital marketing competence and capabilities within the marketing team and among key stakeholders

.Develop, negotiate and maintain powerful co-operations with external partners

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

 

. At least 3 years of expertise in digital media management in the retail industry or on agency side at a senior leading level

. A profound understanding of consumer journeys throughout all communication channels (on- and offline) and across paid, owned and earned media

. Passionate about how different audiences consume content

. Extensive experience in all performance marketing channels (SEA, Display, etc.)

. Experienced in at least one “traditional” mass media (e.g. TV, Radio)

. A strong passion for home furnishing and the IKEA brand

. Self-motivated and inspirational leader with outstanding interpersonal and people management skills

. High communicative skills and the ability to conceptualize and explain complex issues to generate buy-in

. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, set-up and follow-up KPIs and to take appropriate actions

. Fluent in communicating in German and English (French and/or Italian is a plus)

. Team spirit, connected with an independent and proactive working style and the wish to drive a quickly changing environment
