  • An interesting and challenging role to drive the HR Technology change investment, execution governance, and systems landscape in line with strategic and regulatory priorities

  • Ownership of the functional architecture and multi-year roadmap for all HR systems
  • Management of a small team of professionals
  • The chance to establish an active innovation agenda for the HR systems function, focusing on new technologies (robotics, machine learning, cloud, big data, etc.), industry trends, efficiency improvements, and opportunities to leverage innovation capabilities available across the firm

 

You Offer 

  • University degree (or equivalent), minimum of 15 years’ experience in senior roles managing large project and investment portfolios either in a corporate function or in business consulting
  • Strong track record of delivering large scale technology change programs and establishing sound governance structures and processes in a complex, international environment
  • Solid understanding of the HR function and practical delivery experience within an HR environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage senior/executive stakeholders and pitch solution proposals and funding requests to senior management in a clear and concise manner
  • Very strong analytical skills, business management capabilities and strategic problem solving abilities
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different situations, provide guidance, transparency, and control
  • Strong English language proficiency required; basic German is an advantage but not a must
