Located in Stein, Switzerland our successful CDMO Business Unit Drug Product Services (DPS) currently offers exciting opportunities. Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the position as Head Manufacturing Vials DPS Growth Project supporting a new sterile Drug product facility.
Key responsibilities:
Support project team regarding complex topics during design and qualification before operative takeover of new lines
Accountable for preparation of risk analysis (SHE, GMP), all relevant procedures and training of staff
Provide leadership to ensure manufacturing processes are executed safely, timely, cost effective with the required quality
Manage a team of Process Experts, Operators and Technicians with responsibility for all aspects of budget and human resource management
Ensure and manage interfaces between Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, Support, QC and QA
Maintain a culture of empowerment, innovation, trust, high performance and change readiness
Establish good information exchange from the management to organization level and the other way around
Key requirements:
Academic degree (PhD / MSc) in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or process engineering, or related fields or equivalent with significant work experience in sterile DP manufacturing
Substantial industry experience in aseptic product manufactures (clinical product and/or commercial product) with proven knowledge of cGMP compliance requirements
Prowess to effectively communicate, collaborate, and foster positive interactions with team members and stakeholders
Very good communication and interaction skills and experiences across interfaces within customers and project organizations
Fluency in English and German
