Are you ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a strategic client-facing role? We’re looking for a driven and communicative Junior Key Account Manager to support our client relationships and help shape the future of our business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience in a sales role in banking, who has completed a university degree or banking graduate program, and is fluent in German, Swiss German and English.
Your Role:
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues to support and grow key client relationships. You’ll help prepare client meetings, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and actively contribute to building long-term partnerships.
Your key tasks
Assist in managing and developing key client accounts
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports
Identify, shape and present sales pitches
Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent client service
Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement
Support client meetings and manage follow-up actions
Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in b2b and/or b2c banking sales, client support, and banking
Completed university degree or banking graduate program
Fluency in German, Swiss German and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong understanding of sales approaches
Willingness to take responsibility for high value sales cases and drive sales success
Strong sales performance incentives provided
