Junior Legal Officer (90% - 100%)

Job Objective

• Supporting the employees of the Legal Department and coordinating organizational activities
• Processing legal documents and matters and handling written correspondence with internal partners and third parties
• Drafting legal clarifications on financial market law issues and considering the relevant legislation in each jurisdiction in which our business unit operates
• Reviewing internal regulations/guidelines to ensure they are up to date and creating new ones where applicable
• Periodically reviewing business relationship files
• Analyzing the impact of the regulatory framework and legal requirements on financial service providers and developing solutions for implementation.

Qualification

• A master's degree in law or a higher professional qualification (from a university or technical college) is required
• Fluency in English and German; Any other languages would be advantageous
• Relevant experience in the financial sector (legal, compliance) would be desirable
• Good analytical skills: attention to detail and an understanding of the context of the tasks you are working on.
• A cheerful, proactive and independent personality, enjoying working in an international team and remaining calm and organized even in hectic situations
• Precise and well-organized working methods, and you are high reliability
• Strong customer and team orientation, and a high level of commitment
