As a QHSE-Specialist, you will be part of the PMO established for cowering a global framework agreement to a strategic customer – building the biggest offshore windfarms in the world. In your role as PMO core team member you have to follow QAQC, and HSE rules and act as ambassador for good practices. Focal point of contact for all quality assurance activities across all factories and business units for the project deliveries
Review and understand project specifications and particularly the contractual obligations related to quality assurance and quality control during the lifecycle of customer projects
Communicates deadlines to the factory project team for quality document deliveries in accordance with the deliverables in the project schedule
Manage the official delivery of overall quality documentation (from all factories/sites) to customer
Operationally lead and fast execute upcoming issues like quality issues, late deliveries, non-conforming products or project services
Ensure the coordination of the FATs between the customer and the HITACHI ENERGY factories
First point of contact for customers HSE-Management
Deep dive in HITACHI ENERGY and customers HSE demands
Ensure that all internal suppliers follow project, customers and HITACHI ENERGY’s HSE global regulations during all project stages (including engineering and particularly installation and commissioning works)
Conduct HSE-audits at products categories factories and on site at a regular basis.
Facilitate and complete HSE risk assessment (RAM) involving stakeholders and subcontractors i.e. those directly concerned by the hazards and ensures all processes and HSE control measures are implemented
Regulatory compliance: Implements policies and standards
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant field of studies
Comprehensive knowledge with regard QHSE being applied in large-scale turnkey projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Self-motivated and driven to manage responsibilities
Mandatory previous experience as a HSE Engineer/ Manager in project execution and commissioning. Knowledge regarding substations is a plus (Medium Voltage/High Voltage)
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent), Quality Management or auditor training (ISO or other international)
Proof of having built in the past efficient cross-functional project teams in a multicultural environment for international turnkey projects
Ability to motivate, coach and share the knowledge within the organization
Business oriented mindset to support customer’s needs
Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, any additional language is an advantage
