Sales & Business Development Representative

What You Will Do

  • You are part of a small team who identifies new enterprise prospects for our SaaS solution in the DACH market
  • You actively manage your pipe and sourcing, working with a best in class prospecting platform
  • You build a plan to  contact prospects  via email, social and phone and systematically follow up
  • You actively manage your pipe and sourcing in close alignment with Marketing, Account Management and Finance
  • You interact daily with your prospects and understand their needs, motivations and challenges in order to optimize your sales process
  • You meet and exceed your prospecting  goals

Who You Are

  • Some experience in B2B sales, preferably with software /  SaaS solutions (1 year minimum)
  • Business development  driven personality and proactive hunting skills
  • Comfortable with C-Level discussions/approaches
  • Strong interest in technologies and digital trends such as AI
  • Go do attitude and scale up mentality is part of your mindset
  • Team player and focused on overachieving personal sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, Salesloft, etc…)
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written) – additional language is a plus
  • Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills
