About This Job:
Design and implementation of local account plans by effectively promoting the Specialty portfolio within a defined territory to deliver and exceed territory business objectives (sales and projects)
Planning and execution of physical and virtual promotional events, and support the events through the company
Remain up to date with changes in the healthcare system, both nationally and locally to ensure that account plans are developed in line with customer needs.
Continuous improvement of the personnel distribution practice with training, usage of digital tools and the newest information about market trends, needs and regulations
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Visits established specialists, physicians and general practitioners according to the visit plan. Independent planning and organization of visits according to the objectives
Implementing product marketing, digital multichannel and national sales strategy at local level and development and fulfillment of the Territory / KAM plans to achieve business goals
Monitoring and critical review of the implementation of the Territory / KAM plans regarding the key performance indicators and, if necessary, introduction of corrective measures
Input of the information / insights obtained during the visit and the targeting criteria into the CRM system
Preparing reports on the information / insights received during the visits and on general market information
Continuous market and competition analysis
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as sales representative or specialist within the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Digital affinity to use the sales and collaboration tools such as CRM, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Enjoying sales activities in the field
Ideally a paramedical background
Fluency in German and English in speaking and writing, French is a plus
Area of activities: Basel, Aargau, Zurich
