We are seeking a (AM) Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and advanced AI techniques to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge solutions involving retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI for our innovative bots platform. Additionally, you will work on insurance related AI use cases, leveraging your deep knowledge and experience to tackle complex challenges, deliver impactful results, and shape the future of conversational AI technology in insurance

Identify and define key business challenges that can be tackled using advanced machine learning and NLP techniques. Convert complex requirements into actionable data science projects

Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated NLP models, including large language models (LLMs) and retrieval systems, for tasks such as answer generation and conversational AI. Use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods to boost model performance and accuracy

Advanced Model Development:

• Leverage your deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and mathematical principles to craft innovative solutions addressing real-world problems and enhancing user engagement
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to grasp requirements, define success metrics, and align with business goals. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end to end solutions
• Manage the integration of machine learning models into production systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance data pipelines and ensure robust model deployment in live environments
• Stay updated on the latest research in NLP, AI, and related fields. Contribute to advancing the company's technology stack and explore new methodologies to maintain a competitive industry edge

Job Requirements:

• Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. and 6 or more years of experience in data science
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers), and experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
