You will be based in our Zurich, Switzerland office as part of the Swiss office recruiting team.You will work closely with the recruiting manager and the recruiters in the Zurich and Geneva offices. You will also collaborate with well-established consultant teams. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting and cultivating diverse talents for the Swiss office.In this role, you will proactively lead the diversity recruiting strategy (gender, LGBTQ+, 1st generation/socio-economic, ethnic diversity) together with a motivated consultant team and partners. You will play a key role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent beyond our current talent pool.You will manage the implementation of recruiting strategy including the organization of local events and campaigns. You will help drive our local social media efforts (mainly the local Instagram account). You will manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end and will be responsible for ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the whole process.You will drive strategically important projects such as direct sourcing, referral drives, regional events and initiatives. You will also manage and analyze relevant data.
