The Opportunity
Collaborate with peers from other Zurich business units to develop business plans that will ensure both growth of customers and increased product density with existing clientele., • Actively manage the portfolio of National Accounts auto and transportation products in Canada including fronting arrangements and group captive agreements., • Manage delegated authority levels as well as handling referrals with the assistance of technical underwriters., • Demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in large fleet accounts., • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers in support of business retention and acquisition and works with customers and brokers to determine their insurance-related needs and provides solutions. , • Support the organization's sales culture. , • Assure development and implementation of policy, procedures and standards to produce profitable results., • Business travel, as required., • Extended hours during peak periods, as required., • Maintain a valid driver's license, as required. , • Visibility in the office, as required
