      Your Role: The Service Strategy Lead:

      • You partner with Core AEs to identify Service opportunities within their accounts. You provide the deep expertise needed to unlock these deals
      • You articulate how our AI platform resolves routine cases autonomously and empowers human agents to focus on high-value work
      • You lead the Service-specific deal cycle. You coordinate Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to prove value and close the business
      • Orchestrate the Win:
      • You analyze your territory to find untapped potential in customer service, contact centers, and field service operations
      • You have sold complex SaaS solutions. You know how to navigate complex software deals and want to sell the market-leading platform

      You come from a System Integrator or Consulting background. You have implemented Service Cloud (or a competitor) and want to pivot your technical expertise into a commercial role

      You have managed a Customer Service function or led a transformation project on the client side. You understand the buyer’s pain because you used to be the buyer
