      We are seeking a sales and mission driven, experienced Account Executive to join the team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to top Nonprofits and NGOs across Europe. You will help these organisations use our Marketing Cloud solutions to deliver relevant, personalised journeys that drive donor engagement, volunteer mobilization, and advocacy

      You will work both as a strategic partner to the broader Core Account Team and as an Individual Contributor, driving self-generated opportunities focused on the full Salesforce Marketing technology stack

      Responsibilities

      • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for leading European NGOs and Nonprofits, guiding them on how to leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions to further their mission
      • Educate the broader Account Teams you collaborate with on the specific capabilities of Salesforce Marketing and Commerce technology within the context of fundraising and constituent engagement
      • Internal Education:
      • Collaborate with Account and Territory teams to identify target organisations where digital transformation can have the highest impact
      • Create and execute a strategy to drive revenue within a specified European region and/or a list of named NGO accounts
      • Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers (upsell/cross-sell) and greenfield organisations
      • Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Marketing technology stack—including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing, packaging, and deal closure
      • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
      • Drive brand awareness and lead generation via networking, NGO associations, and industry events
      • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce
      • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and success in achieving their mission goals

      Requirements

      • You have a genuine passion for selling transformative enterprise software to leaders within Nonprofits and NGOs (specifically organisations with 1,000+ employees). You understand the unique challenges of the sector
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/technology sales, account management, and enterprise software sales
      • Strong Digital Marketing sales experience and familiarity with the Marketing Technology (MarTech) landscape is highly preferred
      • Proven experience selling at the C level. Specific experience engaging with is a distinct advantage
      • You possess a strong point of view on industry trends (fundraising, donor retention, digital advocacy) and can build a compelling narrative around digital transformation for the third sector
      • A proven history of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and within a matrixed team environment
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      • Ability to work closely with the Solution Engineering team to create compelling demonstration scenarios that speak to donor journeys and constituent management
      • Fluency in Dutch and/or Arabic is considered a plus
      • Language Skills:
      • Fluency in English and French is required
      • Ability to travel as needed across European countries
