Deliver

• FAR outputs aligned with IFRS 17 and Swiss Local GAAP requirements
• ledger tasks: accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal postings
• timely and accurate reporting to Group and local stakeholders
• in depth analysis and reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
• discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and maintain data accuracy
• Intercompany balances for assigned trading partners
• variances, track follow-up actions, and provide clear commentary
• Intercompany differences at a minimal and controlled level
• streamlining and automation of data gathering, analytics, and reporting
• to the transformation of manual processes into automated solutions
• for better data quality and enhanced reporting insights
• Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) activities

What Makes You a great Fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Preferably a qualified accountant
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience—ideally insurance, banking, or external audit
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS 17, and statutory reporting
• Skilled in GL activities (accruals, provisions, reconciliations, postings)
• Proficient in SAP; desirable experience with SQL, Access, or Power BI
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Highly precise, structured, and detail-oriented
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
