Description du poste
Our client, a leading Pharma company based between Yverdon and Neuchâtel, is looking for a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations, ensure full compliance with IFRS standards, and lead a small team of three accounting professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment and is confident working with SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full general accounting function for the Swiss entity.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of three accountants.
- Oversee AP/AR, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and tax-related matters.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and support audits.
- Act as the key contact for external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Ensure proper use and optimization of SAP within the finance department.
Profile :
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification (Brevet Fédéral)
- Proven experience in a similar role (5/7 years)
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French
