Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant - Technical Services, you will play a key role in supporting the CAMO team by ensuring smooth administrative operations and high standards of documentation and reporting. Working closely with technical experts and collaborating with multiple departments across the Jet Aviation Flight Services Group, you will contribute directly to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in a dynamic aviation environment.

Your role

• Provide administrative support to the CAMO team and Technical Services function
• Support and maintain administrative systems including SharePoint, Leon, SmartSheets and other software tools as required
• Ensure accurate document control and record keeping
• Manage departmental invoice control
• Monitor and control aircraft flight logs
• Distribute aircraft-related software and documentation
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports
• Oversee and track the validity of aircraft radio station licenses
• Develop, update, and maintain departmental process manuals

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
