What Makes You a great Fit?

• While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data, or a related field
• Proven experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk Management, or AI Risk and Compliance, including hands-on experience conducting and reviewing AI risk and impact assessments
• Practical knowledge of the EU AI Act and familiarity with AI governance standards such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI and ML systems, with the ability to assess model design, data usage, performance, limitations, and associated risks
• Experience designing, improving, or scaling AI governance frameworks, processes, controls, or operating models in audit, risk, compliance, or other regulated environments; insurance or financial services experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and advise technical and business stakeholders
