Driving the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, in close collaboration with account managers, consultants, and marketing teams to effectively promote and position our AI solutions
Advising and guiding clients throughout the entire sales process to unlock the full potential of Adnovum’s AI services in line with client business goals
Identificating of business opportunities and conversion into concrete and appealing offerings within our business development process
Coordinating and contributing to proposal processes, including the development of pricing strategies and preparation of tailored, competitive offers
Building and nurturing strategic partnerships in cooperation with our partner manager to enhance and expand our AI offering
What we're looking for
A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the technology or AI sector
A solid understanding of AI technologies and their application across industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both clients and internal stakeholders
Results-driven mindset with strong deal closure skills
Strategic thinking and a hands-on approach in dynamic, fast-evolving markets
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
