      Analyst, On-site IT Support (100%)

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Demonstrates thorough and effective approach to troubleshooting, including coaching others in effective troubleshooting.
      • Knowledge of the business application of solutions and ability to work with lawyers and business professionals to support adoption of technology.
      • Perform hands-on fixes: install and upgrade software, hardware, manage mobile devices, and configure applications.
      • Provide technical support for video conferencing, in-room systems and audio conferencing.
      • Participate in on-site IT environment improvements.
      • Advocate for our information security management system and assist customers in working efficiently within the framework.
      • Test fixes, perform post-resolution follow-ups, and analyze trends to prevent future problems.
      • Field customer requests via phone, email, or instant messaging courteously and build excellent assistance service.
      • Record, track, and document problem-solving processes and apply diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting.
      • Support and maintain IT equipment for live meetings and events, and provide expert knowledge for online webinar tools.

       

      Skills Required:

      • Strong experience in computer science or related fields.
      • Microsoft MCP or similar certification preferred.
      • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, especially workstations and laptops.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Windows 11.
      • Significant experience supporting Microsoft Office (M365).
      • Proven ability to work under Service Level Agreements and manage support desk tickets.
      • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
      • Proficiency in English, with German as a native language.
      • Flexibility to work outside business hours and on weekends when necessary.
