Technical skill set:
Excellent ability to identify abstractions
2-3 years of project experience with object-oriented programming in J2EE/EJB
First experience with model-driven methodologies (MDA, MDD and/or DSM)
Experience in UML, Use Case Modeling and Design Patterns
Experience with Eclipse
Social skills:
Analytical and balanced personality
Dynamic, communicative and independent
Willing to learn and team-oriented
