Join us in a pivotal role at the heart of a major CRM/CLM transformation. As an Application Support & Run-the-Bank Specialist, you will ensure the stability and performance of the existing application landscape while acting as the key link between business teams, operations, and the migration program. Your expertise will help maintain seamless day-to-day operations, resolve complex production issues, and provide critical transparency into processes, data, and system functionality., , This role offers a unique combination of hands-on application support, data analysis, and stakeholder management. Leveraging your SQL and production support expertise, you will contribute directly to data quality, operational excellence, and the successful migration to a future-ready platform, while working closely with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders across the organization

What would your role be?

• Ensure the stable operation of the existing CRM/CLM application throughout the migration phase
• Analyze, resolve, and track incidents, service requests, and business-related inquiries
• Maintain data quality and ensure the stability of existing business processes
• Support business units with questions related to data, processes, and system functionalities
• Collaborate closely with development teams, architecture teams, and external service providers
• Document existing business processes, data structures, and system logic as a foundation for migration to the target platform
• Analyze production issues and identify root causes through log analysis, SQL queries, and data analysis
• Support audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance-related activities associated with the legacy system
• Ensure a controlled parallel operation of the legacy and target systems until full decommissioning of the legacy platform

What are we looking for?

• At least 7 years of experience in Application Management, Application Support, or Business Application Support
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
• Proven ability to understand complex applications, business processes, and data models
• Experience in analyzing and resolving production and operational issues
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise, including data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and validation
• Experience with root cause analysis, data quality assurance, and migration-related data activities
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of customer and service orientation
• Experience with log analysis and data quality assessments is an advantage
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working
