      The Opportunity

      We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for Area Sales Team to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy Ltd. In this role, you will lead a group of talented Area sales managers, drive performance, manage daily sales operation and play a key part in achieving ambitious sales targets.       How You’ll Make an Impact

      • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Area Sales Manager to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
      • Conduct one-on-one meetings to give feedback, identify training needs, and support professional development
      • Recruit, onboard and develop of new team members
      • Elaborate and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share, market penetration and drive sustainable service order growth
      • Implement a proactive sales approach to penetrate the HV service market, and continuously improve sales tools and process optimization in the Area Sales team
      • Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast results, and provide regular performance reports and market intelligence to management
      • Support in developing innovative and customer-oriented HV service solutions and proactively drive their market introduction
      • Collaborate with BU/HBU/GPG marketing & sales team, LSU sales team, and internal functions to align sales actions with company objectives
      • Build strong trust and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to generate business opportunities
      • Stay informed about HV service industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine strategies and proactively share information with internal stakeholders

      Your Background

      • Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical), or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management or economics
      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably with a proven strong record of leadership role
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, account management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics
      • Excellent leadership, cross-cultural communication, and presentation skills
      • Ability to inspire, influence and develop a high-performing team
      • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
      • Strong customer focus and result-oriented personality
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Willingness to travel (20% to 30%)
      • English on negotiation level, other languages is a plus
