      Job Description

      • Coordinate and manage interview schedules for both virtual and on-site meetings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple time zones.
      • Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels to confirm details and provide a seamless experience.
      • Organize travel arrangements and act as an on-site host, creating a welcoming environment for candidates.
      • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support onboarding and training related to scheduling tools.
      • Collaborate globally with recruiting teams in Europe, the US, South America, and APAC to ensure a smooth process.
      • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to projects that enhance candidate experience and drive innovation.
      • Ensure all interview setups are ready and advise the Talent Acquisition team on candidate agendas.
      • Handle scheduling conflicts proactively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

      • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
