      Job Description

      Data Operations & Ticket Support

      • Process and resolve data requests and support tickets related to Workday.
      • Provide accurate responses to stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up.

      Reporting & Dashboards

      • Maintain, update, and refine Workday reports and dashboards.
      • Support the upkeep of PRISM data sources and Discovery Boards where required.

      Data Quality & Integrity

      • Conduct data validation checks, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues when needed.
      • Contribute to the reliability and consistency of people data across the system.

      Collaboration & Continuous Development

      • Work closely with data colleagues and HR stakeholders on ongoing tasks and initiatives.
      • Continue developing skills in Workday reporting, PRISM, and broader talent data analytics.

      The Successful Applicant

      Experience

      • 2-4+ years in a Workday-focused role (HRIS, People Operations, Reporting, or similar).

      Technical Skills

      • Hands-on experience creating and modifying Workday reports.
      • Knowledge of Workday PRISM and/or Discovery Boards is an advantage.
      • Strong attention to detail and understanding of data quality principles.

      Personal Attributes

      • Structured, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple requests.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Team-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
