      Job Description

      • Managing general office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations
      • Ordering kitchen supplies, groceries, office supplies, and other office necessities
      • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document management
      • Acting as the primary contact person for the landlord and coordinating with the cleaning company
      • Supporting the organization of team lunches, office events, and occasional internal activities
      • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts, including international team members
      • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment
      • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required

      The Successful Applicant

      • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, reception, or assistant role is an advantage
      • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
      • A reliable, detail-oriented, and service-minded personality
      • Excellent communication skills and a positive, easy-going attitude
      • Fluency in English is essential due to the international environment
      • German is a strong asset, but not a requirement
      • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
      • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common office tools
