      Job Description

      • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
      • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documents.
      • Organize internal and external events.
      • Support the team with correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communications.
      • Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers when required.
      • Maintain and update internal databases and records accurately.
      • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
      • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
      • Contribute to the organization of company events or team activities as needed.

      The Successful Applicant

      • First experience in administration or business support (up to 5 years).
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
      • Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate efficiently.
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and common office tools.
      • Fluency in German and English.
