      About Our Client

      Our client is a well established and fast growing company based in Zürich. To support their sustained growth plans we are looking for an experienced and strong researcher/sourcer to join their TA team asap for at least 6 months with a focus on corporate functions.

      Job Description

      Talent Research & Pipeline Generation

      • Conduct in-depth research to identify, map, and segment talent pools for Global Functions.
      • Build and maintain ongoing pipelines to support future and active hiring needs.
      • Leverage sourcing tools and platforms to identify passive candidates.
      • Ensure accurate documentation and data quality in relevant TA systems.

      Candidate Identification & Engagement

      • Initiate direct outreach to potential candidates and assess their interest and suitability.
      • Represent the client professionally and ensure a high-quality first interaction.
      • Establish and nurture early-stage candidate relationships for long-term engagement.

      Market & Talent Insights

      • Deliver structured insights on talent availability, competitor structures, and functional market trends.
      • Support TA Partners with research-driven recommendations and sourcing strategies.

      Collaboration & Handover

      • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Partners to align on priorities and talent needs.
      • Provide structured handovers of identified prospects for further evaluation.
      • Contribute to the development of sourcing best practices and continuous process improvements.

      The Successful Applicant

      • Experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment within an in-house or agency environment.
      • Strong generalist capabilities across multiple functional areas.
      • Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent.
      • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and CRM/ATS systems.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionals on all levels.
      • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
