With an impressive development plan in place for the sales team joining us on this journey, we are looking for candidates that possess a hunger to learn, strong retail experience, a solid understanding of clienteling and an interest in writing instruments, leathergoods and timepieces
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting your Boutique Manager in undertaking sales, clienteling and operational tasks to the highest degree
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
Experienced Retail leader with strong leadership presence and authority
Proven ability to lead teams on the floor and set clear expectations
Clear and direct communication skills
Commercially minded with strong Clienteling focus
Highly organized with strong operational discipline
Proficient in priority setting and able to multi-task accordingly
Calm under pressure, confident and decisive in fast-paced environments
Compassionate and empathic leader, able to build trust and credibility
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Retail experience non-negotiable – not open to other industries
Proven experience in a supervisor or Assistant Manager role
Demonstrated responsibility for leading teams and managing daily business flow
Strong operational exposure in a high-volume retail environment
Capable and experienced with retail IT systems
