Our successful and long-standing investment team, based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Equity Portfolio Manager with a focus on North American equities. This role is suited to candidates who have gained foundational experience within the investment industry, ideally with exposure to equity markets. We are looking for someone who is passionate about investments, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and is eager to build on their existing expertise as part of a collaborative and high-performing team

Security research analysis, • Portfolio analysis including performance and risk analysis, • Close collaboration with colleagues in the Zurich Life investment team, • Collaboration with other local functions and with the global investment colleagues

Technical Competencies, • An interest in equity markets and ESG related matters, • Good judgement and decision-making skills, • Numerate, analytical, and methodical, • Willingness to engage with challenging external environments, • Good Academic background, , Non-Technical Competencies, • Performance and outcomes focused, • Good interpersonal skills, • Willingness and ability to work within a team, • Open and flexible approach, • Willingness to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
