Are you passionate about the financial world? For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Management who will help support the team for a 9 month period

What would your role be?

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.)
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry
• Fluency in English and German and effective communication skills
• A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service
• Good understanding of financial products and markets
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office)
