Our international Private Banking business in the City Center of Zurich has a longstanding reputation to offer first-class services to our high-net-worth individual clients. To support our dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented individual to join us as an Assistant Relationship Manager.
Your Responsibilities: • Support and assist the Relationship Manager in serving international private banking clients • Manage the account openings process for new clients in close collaboration with the internal compliance team • Execute and monitor client orders (payments, securities transactions etc.) • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding operational and administrative matters • Prepare and follow up on client meetings, including presentation and report generation • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.) • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal and Operations
Your Profile: • Successfully completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification • Any further school education is highly welcome • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with an international private bank • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Strong client orientation, able to take responsibility • Independent, precise, and structured working style • Ideally already prior experience with the Avaloq core banking system • Hebrew language skills are a plus; French is an additional asset
