      Assistant to VP Marketing

      We are seeking an Assistant to support the VP Marketing at Sonova with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

       

      We are aiming for a start date around November 1st, so early applications are encouraged.

       

       

      Key Responsibilities

       

      • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the VP and leadership team
      • Coordinate travel, events, workshops, and offsites
      • Handle expense reports, invoice management, and basic finance tasks
      • Support onboarding plans and internal communications
      • Draft minutes and follow up on action items
      • Oversee contract and legal document coordination
      • Drive continuous improvement and project support
      • Act as a trusted liaison with discretion and confidentiality

       

      Your Profile

       

      • Proven experience supporting VP-level executives
      • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
      • Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
      • Strong MS Office and digital collaboration tool proficiency (AI knowledge is a big plus)
      • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
      • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
      • Able to manage sensitive information with integrity
      • Team player with a service-oriented mindset
