      (Associate) Manager (m/f/d) Advanced Operations

      As (Associate) Manager AO, you will lead a team of project managers and engineers to drive the successful introduction of new products and technologies. You will own project execution, stakeholder engagement, people leadership, and technical oversight-ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

      What You Will Do: 

      • Lead, coach, and develop a team managing new product and technology projects from concept to launch.
      • Drive cross-functional collaboration across divisions and global operations to ensure successful project execution.
      • Own stakeholder, project, and people management, including technical assessment and issue resolution.
      • Create and manage budgets (headcount, capital, and expenses), with authority for hiring and investment decisions.
      • Establish and maintain a technical skills matrix aligned with product roadmaps, providing training and mentorship.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, regulatory, and safety standards.

      What you will need:

      Required:

      • Bachelor's or Master-s degree in Engineering, Science, or related qualification.
      • 3 - 5 Years leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment.
      • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a hands-on leadership style.
      • Analytical mindset with demonstrated project management expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

      Preferred:

      • Demonstrated leadership, project management and engineering experience in new product introduction.
      • Knowledge of GD&T, process mapping, validation and statistical methods.
