Key Responsibilities

• Lead, consult, and implement automation solutions with , orchestrating
• end-to-end processes using Maestro with Bots and intelligent Agents
• Manage the : process discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Develop and orchestrate end-to-end processes using
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable automation workflows
• Actively participate in and support internal knowledge sharing and best practice development
• Agile ceremonies

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Completed technical education in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor/Master, apprenticeship, HF/FH/University/ETH, or equivalent)
• 2–3 years of professional experience
• Experience with business process modeling and
• Familiarity with and interest in AI/LLM-driven process orchestration

• You confidently , critically evaluate the results, and help clients and adessi leverage the potential of AI
• use AI tools in your field
• Fluent in and
• willingness to travel
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional or certification (or equivalent) is a plus
