How you’ll make an impact

• Maintain and optimize production equipment

• Implement continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives

• Ensure safety according to 6S standards

• Collaborate with process and project teams

• Document tasks and troubleshooting steps

• Maintain production software and databases

• Participate in audits and implement actions

• Train colleagues and support the team
   

Your background

• Technical education or degree in electronics, mechanics, or physics

• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor maintenance

• Strong knowledge of mechanics, vacuum, pneumatics, and electricity

• Experience with photoresist and exposure tools (e.g., Canon, Ultratech)

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 6S

• Excellent German and English skills

Das bringst du mit

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium in Elektronik, Mechanik oder Physik

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Halbleiterwartung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Vakuum, Pneumatik, Elektrik

• Erfahrung mit Fotolack- und Belichtungsanlagen (z. B. Canon, Ultratech)

• Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing und 6S

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
