Job Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience in training development and delivery, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance products and sales processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for bancassurance team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
• Lead recruitment efforts for bancassurance positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Foster strong relationships with banking partners to understand their training and recruitment needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to bancassurance team to enhance their skills and performance
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure training programs are current and compliant
• Prepare and present regular reports on training and recruitment activities to senior management
