Job Description

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the Nyon office (onboarding to offboarding)
• Oversee Swiss payroll preparation and coordination with external payroll providers
• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers in Nyon
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies
• Support the coordination of payroll activities for other countries in collaboration with local providers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate HR data, contracts, and employee documentation
• Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Liaise with Finance, Legal, and external partners as required

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role
• Solid knowledge of Swiss payroll and labor law
• Experience working in an international / multi-country environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
