Branch Warehouse-In-Charge (Pagbilao)

The Branch Warehouse-In-Charge is tasked to oversee the day-to-day operation of the branch warehouse. They ensure the completeness and accuracy of inventory at any given time and maintaining product quality by applying company standards process, controls and policy. They are also accountable for ensuring product Quality of all finished goods, ensuring quality issues/concern is filed and reported to Management

As Branch Warehouse-In-Charge, you will:

• Branch Operations
• Oversee the overall Branch warehouse operation and ensure operation standards and controls of the company is implemented and compliance to good Warehousing practices is followed.
• Inventory Record Accuracy
• Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem.
• Performs cycle counts and patriate in Van inventory route settlement.
• Product Quality Sustainability
• Adhere to the FEFO (first expired, first out) principle when handling inventory.
• Report slow moving SKU that requires rotation or sales program support, to avoid expiration.
• Comply with Quality Management Programs, including Beetle Count Index, Temperature-RH monitoring, and quarterly General Pest Control activities
• Asset Management
• Ensure compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets useability.
• Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposa
• Environment, Health and Safety Management
• Be accountable as Safety Officer (SO) and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the branch/DSO.
• Ensure the branch's compliance with safety regulations and standards, including those outlined in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
• Conduct branch-level risk assessments, perform regular safety inspections and audits, manage emergency preparedness efforts, and facilitate safety training for employees.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by implementing and monitoring safety programs that prevent accidents, injuries, and health hazards in the workplace.
• Participate in incident investigations and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure the branch's compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, and RA 9275.
• Perform PCO duties as outlined in DENR AO 2014-02, such as applying for and renewing environmental permits, maintaining environmental records, submitting mandatory reports, and monitoring activities that have an impact on the environment

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in warehousing in a sales and distribution environment of a FMCG industr
• Basic understanding in Inventory Management
• Knowledge in SAP (STO and Migo processing)
• People Management Skills
• Verbal & Written communication skills
• Analytical and logical skills
