vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector

Your tasks:

• Support the assessment and documentation of current-state processes across multiple domains, including onboarding, payments, and related client lifecycle processes
• Identify process deviations, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities compared to Swiss onshore setups
• Evaluate standardisation and centralisation potential across cross-unit process landscapes
• Conduct structured synthesis of findings, including clear observations and recommendations
• Collaborate closely with business, operations, and PMO stakeholders

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in business process analysis within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of operating models and cross-border/cross-unit process setups
• Experience in analysing end-to-end processes (e.g. onboarding, payments, client lifecycle processes)
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies, deviations, and costsaving opportunities
• Language skills: English fluent
• Your soft skills:
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance
• Clear and concise communication
