Re-design and mature the IAM role model (business roles, birthright access, build a proper role hierarchy with technical and business roles)
Lead role mining and role engineering workshops with business stakeholders and align the role model to the business requirements and organization
Define the Mover process business requirements, automation rules, and drive the implementation
Coordinate the definition of Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and toxic access combinations
Define and implement access review and recertification processes based on application criticality and risk
Establish ownership and governance for applications, roles, and entitlements (to complete the existing view)
Act as liaison between business teams, application owners, compliance, and IAM technical teams
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
Solid Experience in Identity & Access Management, IAM Governance, or Information Security
Proven experience in designing and implementing RBAC models, including business roles and role engineering
Experience defining and improving Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and application owners
Knowledge of IAM governance concepts, including SoD, access reviews, least privilege, and role lifecycle management
Strong analytical, documentation, and business process modelling skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving business, IT, security, and compliance/risk teams
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
