• on exciting international projects, working closely with the Senior Scrum Master and learning from Insurance Business experts and IT Leads
• as a key influencer for the Product Owner, helping to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
• the implementation of innovative technology solutions in Azure Cloud or AWS environments, contributing to our digital transformation journey

What Makes You a great Fit?

• While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team
• Background in Business, Economics, or similar fields, combined with a strong understanding of digital technologies and IT
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly valued—experience working in these frameworks is a plus
• Active student status with a Spanish university or school is essential
• A good team player with a responsible, can-do attitude
• Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills—able to collaborate and connect with others effectively
• Ability to document business needs in a clear, structured, and actionable way
• General understanding of IT and digital trends
• Passionate about a tech career
• Available for at least a part-time/internship program
