Your responsibilities:
As Business Development Manager you will:
- Build, progress and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
- Effectively and diligently prospect for new customers
- Take ownership of the Sales Process as you progress each opportunity
- Use all available tools to record and monitor progress
- Identify Key Accounts and develop a strategy for each
- Be the main commercial point of contact for each customer in your territory
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Be the face of Carbogen-Amcis and represent the company in a positive manner always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
You will attend:
- Conferences, networking events and other industry events
- Sales meetings, team meetings, 121’s and training courses
- Meeting with new and existing customers to grow the business
You will have responsibility for:
- Keeping reporting tools up to date and communicating major changes to the Head of Business Development
- Negotiating CDA’s, Supply Agreements and price increases
- Management of your travel and expenses in line with company expectations and budget, submitting expenses on time and in full.
?Your Profile:
- ?At least 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life science sectors
- ?Experience of sales in a highly competitive environment
- ?Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- ?Work effectively in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team
- ?Fluent in German and English
