      The Opportunity

      Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement? Do you bring a strong mix of commercial and technical expertise, along with Lean Six Sigma experience? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

      As a Business Process Manager – Continuous Improvement, you will play a key role in embedding a CI culture within our operations teams, with a strong focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction and quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in our Product Service Center (PSC) to streamline processes, standardize tools, and support profitable growth for Hitachi Service.

      How you’ll make an impact

      • Champion and embed a culture of continuous improvement (CI) within Operations and SCM

      • Lead and support cross-functional CI initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness

      • Map and optimize business processes, ensuring seamless interfaces between Sales, SCM, Project Management, Engineering, Order Management, Field Service, and New Business

      • Develop and maintain tools that promote process standardization and operational excellence across the organization

      • Strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

      • Proactively address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

      Your Background

      • A passion for process optimization and continuous improvement

      • Higher education with a commercial or technical focus (University, FH, TS, or equivalent)

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in business process improvement or a related discipline

      • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels

      • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

      • Self-motivated and capable of inspiring change across teams

      • Proficient in SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools

      • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification (preferred)

      • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
