You will lead the harmonisation of 20+ core business processes across Lufthansa Cargo and Swiss WorldCargo, working closely with IT, business units, and leadership to ensure harmonized and future-ready operations.
- Lead the end-to-end alignment, harmonization, and optimization of 20+core business processes
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and key stakeholders
- Ensure process consistency, quality, and alignment with strategic and IT goals
- Drive harmonisation efforts in sync with CBP design and digital development streams
- Support change management by aligning processes with transformation objectives
- Monitor process maturity, performance, and compliance across both organizations

- Strong expertise in business process management and cross-functional coordination
- Proven ability to drive strategic alignment across organizational and IT domains
- Experience in change management within transformation programs
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven track record in aircargo
- Experience in logistics, aviation, or process-driven industries is a plus
