Supports testing, implementation, and training. , • Leads project tasks affecting multiple business and IT departments. , • Evaluates project impacts through consultations with various teams. , • Supports system configuration and integration testing to ensure requirements are met. , • Manages work plans, timelines, and budgets, prioritizing projects based on feedback and ROI. , • Performs business process modeling and re-engineering to ensure completeness. , • Utilizes UML tools to create Use Cases, Class, and Sequence Diagrams. , • Mentors team members in technology and application delivery. , • Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements for Guidewire enhancements. , • Translates business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. , • Configures, customizes, and tests Guidewire applications to align with business needs. , • Provides support during system implementations and upgrades. , • Participates in integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment. , • Troubleshoots issues related to Guidewire applications and stays updated on industry trends
